I was a competitive athlete for 22 years, but I was in a lot of pain because of what I put my body through. Years of only doing yoga and doing rounds of physical therapy always left me still in agony.
Until I took matters into my own hands, and educated myself. I started doing internal strength training with Functional Range Conditioning and Kinstretch, external strength, breath training, and deep emotional work.
